• $80 — Initial session (approx. 90 minutes)
• $70 — Sessions (approx. 60-80 minutes)

• $60 — Individual Spiritual Development - 1 Hour Session
• $50 (per person) — Group Spiritual Direction - (6-10 people for 6 weeks, 90 minutes per week)

• Body Talk — This workshop will help you to develop skills to listen to your body, learn how your body helps you to make wise choices for your life, create balance and healing for yourself and make room for living the life you are created to live. (a series of six classes, ninety-minutes each)
• Healing and Vitality — living beyond "wellness" (under construction)
